Mr. Scarborough was born on January 31,1949 to late Erma Lee Scarborough and late Harvest Mackey in Yazoo City, MS. He served in Army United States and retired from Textron Corporation. He is proceeded in death his daughter Rebecca Shanta Scarborough and by leaves behind a daughter Arleatha Scarborough.
