Mighty God Missionary Baptist Church celebrated its ninth anniversary on Sunday, April 30. Pastor JL Hammitte of Fayette was the guest speaker. Dr. Edward Dillon is pastor of Mighty God M.B. Church.

The church had a community cookout following the service, and gave away two barbecue grills. Ronald “Too Tall” Jones and Jason Markham won the giveaways.

MGMBC has Sunday School each week at 8 a.m. and worship service at 10 a.m.
