Local MedSpa gets ready to pamper ladies for Girls Night Out

BROOKHAVEN — Girls Night Out is a night for women to pamper themselves and relax. Brookhaven Med Spa is preparing to help ladies do just that Thursday night.

Wendy Case said they will start decorating for a photo shoot area containing fake sand, beach balls and a kiddie pool, no water will be in it, to celebrate their beach theme. Champagne has been acquired along with the orange juice to make mimosas.

Supplies for popular brands like ZO are restocked and the team of Ryan Case, Lindsey Smith, Addison Watts and Brooke Ballard know they will need comfortable shoes and lots of caffeine. Coffee and Celsius Energy Drinks will get them through the busy evening. Girls Night Out will last from 3 p.m. to 9p.m.

“We will have two facials in the window: a hydrafacial and genefacial. We will have two people doing that this year,” Case said. “I like to focus on making the night relaxing. Being ladies, they usually come in and need to be pampered. It is time for them to get away and be pampered.”

Case is originally from Clinton, Arkansas but moved to the heat, humidity and fire ants of Southwest Mississippi. She found downtown Brookhaven and its bustling hub of businesses and restaurants. Girls Night Out helps the local economy, she said.

“It helps the town. We want to be involved because we know it helps the city in general. I didn’t realize until last year how much it means and the money it brings in for local businesses,” Case said. “We want to be a part of it. Being a part of downtown is good too. I like how pretty it is down here and I want it to stay pretty.”
