Rep. Becky Currie, of Brookhaven, has been chosen as the recipient of The Mississippi Association for Home Care’s Rogers/Westbrook Award.

The award is given in recognition of significant contributions to the home health industry in Mississippi. The award is named after two Mississippi home health pioneers — Dudley Westbrook and Fred Rogers — to honor their memory and commitment to the home health patients of the state.

Currie is a registered nurse and State Representative for District 92.

MAHC is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to operating for the benefit of member home health agencies, home health related agencies, and the benefit of the public in fostering and maintaining high standards of home health care.
