• Dione E. Ladnier, 06/06/1972, 1322 Calvary Drive, Bogue Chitto — arrested, charged with parole violation by Mississippi Department of Corrections. 
• Chad Ryan Smith, 07/08/1982, 1345 Union Street, Brookhaven— arrested, charged with parole violation, by Mississippi Department of Corrections.
• Christian D. Peyton, 10/24/2003, 301 Ford Lane, Brookhaven— arrested, charged with driving under the influence 1st offense, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), not wearing  a seatbelt, expired or no tag by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
