Glenda May Fuller

Glenda May Fuller of Hoover, Alabama passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 71.
Glenda was born on August 1, 1951, in Silver Creek, Mississippi to the late James Earl and Maurine May. A graduate of William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, she went on to marry Dr. Richard Fuller and five children would bless their union.
Glenda, or “BB” as she was called by her grandchildren, was an avid quilter like her mother before her. She handmade quilts for all of her grandchildren. BB’s grandchildren were the most important focus for her, and she loved them all so much.
Her parents, her husband, Dr. Richard Fuller, and her grandson, Eli Fuller, preceded her in death.
Left to cherish her memory are her five children, Greta Waldrip (Todd), Scott Fuller (Katey), Kevin Fuller (Lori), Joshua Fuller (Ashleigh), and James Fuller (Kim); her grandchildren, Jack Gutshall, Thomas Gutshall, Anna Kate Waldrip, Griffin Fuller, Drew Fuller, Khaki Fuller, Ella Fuller, Owen Fuller, Henry Fuller, Ryleigh Fuller, Patrick Fuller, Abigail Fuller, Annalee Fuller, Olivia Fuller, and Jameson Fuller. She is also survived by her brother, Albert May (Dianne), and her sister, Sybil Cox (Joe).
Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Thursday, July 27, 2023, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm with a service beginning at 2:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at Southern Heritage Cemetery.
