Fire weather should still be a concern. Dry conditions, low humidity and gusty winds could cause fires to grow quickly out of control. Lincoln County is under a burn ban indefinitely.

Please be cautious, avoid throwing cigarette butts on the ground and avoid open burning of any kind. Lincoln County will issue citations for any violations of the burn ban. People who start fires are liable for any damage caused to nearby properties.

It is a great day for a bowl of soup, coffee or hot chocolate.
