BROOKHAVEN — Four restaurants passed health inspections this past week according to Mississippi Department of Health records. A convenience store also passed a health inspection with flying colors. 

Rally’s, located at 755 Brookway Boulevard, earned an A. It is the third straight A they have earned since 2022. 

Smitty’s Place, located at 452 ½ Rogers Street earned an A rating. It is the 12th A rating they have earned since 2016. It is home of the “Most Famous Cinnamon Roll Sandwich,” according to a sign on the front of the business. 

Mama Ruby’s, located at 201 North Second Street, earned an A rating for the third straight time since 2020. 

OEC Express, located at 958 Brookway Boulevard Suite G, earned an A rating for the 16th straight time since 2016. 

Stop and Shop, at 923 East Monticello Street, earned an A rating. It is listed as new construction on the MSDH database of health inspections.
