BROOKHAVEN — Friday’s Christmas Farmer’s Market was the last market day of the year. Vendors came out with holiday themed goodies while Jeremy Threlfall sang Christmas carols at center stage and the Brookhaven Exchange Club train made loops around Railroad Park.
Brookhaven’s Farmers Market will make a return in the spring coinciding with the harvest of fresh produce. Pell Farms looked to the start of 2023’s market with great anticipation as it kicked off in May.
Friendly faces and quality products can be found in great abundance at the Farmers Market. Most recently, a family planting small farm roots shared elderberry syrup with shoppers.
