BROOKHAVEN — National Weather Service in Jackson warns of flooding and isolated storms Thursday. Lincoln County is considered to be at significant threat of flooding by NWS Jackson.

Isolated severe storms are also possible throughout the day. Damaging wind gusts are the biggest concerns in the severe storms.

The area remains under a flood watch at this time until 6 p.m. NWS Jackson warns roads could become washed out and minor river flooding is possible.
