Lincoln County Jail docket, Wednesday, April 3, 2024:

  • John Wesley Petty, 01/12/1989, 2525 Ramah Trail, McCall Creek — arrested, charged with DUI refusal, careless driving, by Brookhaven Police Department.
  • Cherlyn A. Poe, 10./08/1966, 5919 Saint Rock Ave., New Orleans, Louisiana — arrested, charged with DUI first/child endangerment, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoids in motor vehicle, possession of paraphernalia, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
  • Patricia Williams, 06/21/1983, 135 Union ST. — arrested on bench warrant, sentenced, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Johnny B. Ferguson, 03/07/1985, 9059 Whitfield, Baton Rouge, Louisiana — arrested, charged with DUI first, no driver license, careless driving, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, by MHP.
  • Titania A. Nelson, 07/12/1975, 706 NE Earls Trail — arrested, charged with false pretense, by LCSO.
