LAKE MARY CRAWFORD — A Brookhaven man reeled in a prize slab this week on Lake Mary Crawford in Lawrence County. The 128 acre state fishing lake produced a 2.53 pound crappie to set a new record. 

Jordan Davis is the new Lake Mary Crawford record holder for crappie. He beat out previous record holder Tom Jacobs catch of 2.4 pounds by 0.13 pounds.
