• Bradley M. Wells, 09/30/1981, 3774 Windmill Drive, Summit — arrested, charged with failure to support minor child, by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Charles David Rials, 03/25/1967, 2280 SE Warren Road — arrested, charged with failure to appear in Justice Court, by LCSO.
