BROOKHAVEN — Mississippi State legislators Jason Barrett, Vince Mangold and Becky Currie returned from a long and grinding 120 day legislative session. Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce held a legislative breakfast at Mitchells Thursday to wrap up the 2024 session and preview the 2025 session.

BankPlus, King’s Daughter’s Medical Center and Dungan Engineering sponsored the event.

Local government officials in attendance include mayor Joe Cox, Aldermen Shannon Moore and Fletcher Grice and Supervisors Keith Lewis and Eli Ferguson. Co-Lin and Lincoln County School District representatives were also present for the meal.
