Eric Keith Boyd and Michelle McQuaig Boyd, of Brookhaven, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Natalie Michelle Boyd, to Scott Preston Warnock.

He is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. Greg Warnock, of Brookhaven.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Boyd, of Brookhaven, the late Emerson McQuaig, the late George Jones Sr. and Mrs. George Jones Sr., of Meridian.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Warnock, of Savannah, Georgia, and the late Mr. and Mrs. O.P. Wise, of Egypt, Georgia.

The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Brookhaven Academy. She attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College and Mississippi State University. She received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy in 2012 and a master’s degree in professional accountancy in 2014 from Mississippi State University. She is currently employed with Deloitte as an audit associate.

The prospective groom is a 2009 graduate of Brookhaven High School. He attended Mississippi State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering 2013. He is currently employed as a residential design engineer with Memphis Light, Gas and Water.

The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at First Baptist Church. A reception will follow at Ole Towne Church.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
