Funeral Services for Lillie Tee Smith of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at Williams Mortuary with burial in New Zion/Norfield Cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, from 1 until 5 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Ms. Smith, 80, died Jan. 6, 2015, at Mississippi Baptist Hospital. She was born on Feb. 24, 1934, in Brookhaven to Frank Smith Sr. and Octavia McKnight Smith.

She was a member of Home Seekers Bible Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, Julius Pearl Smith, Frank Smith Jr.; sister, Laura Carter; brother-in-law, Mac Arthur Carter; sister-in-law, Willie Mae Smith; nephew, LaSalle Smith; niece, Frances Johnson.

Survivors are her sister-in-law, Emma Lee Smith of Brookhaven; loving and devoted caretaker, Elmelda (Ron) Thompson of Brookhaven and niece, Felissa Smith of Brookhaven; nieces, Laura Faye Lazada of Country Club Hills, Illinois and Dorothy Williams of Lumberton; nephews, Larry Smith, Stephen Smith, Julius Smith, Terrell (Mary) Smith, Phillipe (Christine) Smith, Roger Smith, Randy (Shelia) Smith, all of Brookhaven, Tysha (Carla) Smith of Mound Bayou and LeTara Smith of Las Vegas, Nevada; and numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and other relatives.
