The Lincoln County jail docket for Friday through Monday was as follows:

• Lakisha V. Garay, 4-19-79, of 635 Industrial Park Road Apt. 37 – arrested for burglary of dwelling by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Kerry D. Justice, 10-27-92, of 1810 Finwood Trail – arrested for simple assault and domestic violence by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Brian K. Nettles, 7-12-82, of 1555 Anding Circle – arrested on two counts of credit card fraud and possession/carrying of concealed weapon by BPD.

• Calvin Smith, 12-31-89, of 616 South Turner Street – arrested for disregard for traffic device, seatbelt violation, no proof of liability insurance, possess of marijuana in a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, felony fleeing law enforcement, probation violation, reckless driving and failure to pay fines and reporting fees by BPD.

• Johnny L. Gaines, 3-1-86, of 1208 North Jackson – arrested for possession of controlled substance by LCSO.

• Sedrict Maxwell, 9-18-82, of 801 Ole Brook Road – arrested for possession of controlled substance, cocaine; possession of controlled substance, crack cocaine; possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines by LCSO.

• Jimmy D. Ard, 11-12-93, of 12 Reid Circle, Jayess – arrested for discharging/displaying/exhibiting firearm by BPD.
