Funeral services for Ronnie Z. Adams are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial at Montgomery Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation was Monday, Aug. 31, 2015, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Riverwood.

Mr. Adams, 55, of Bogue Chitto, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born on Dec. 23, 1959, to John Q. Adams and Bernice Wallace Adams.
He was retired as an operational manager for Walmart Distribution and was a member of Gum Grove Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his father; brothers, Lamar Adams, Julian Earl Adams and William Frank Adams.

Survivors are his mother; son, Blake Adams and (Alexis); daughter, Afton Carter and (Shannon); six grandchildren, Ryleigh Jane Adams, Mary Eden Adams, Austin Evans, Nathan Evans, Blake Carter and Rylea Carter; and a host of nieces and nephews.
