Funeral services Frances W. Hall of Brookhaven, are Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, at 10 a.m. at Damascus Baptist Church in Franklin County, with burial at Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements. 

Visitation is Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2016, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Damascus Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hall, 83, of Brookhaven, died Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at her residence.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend to all she met. She loved to cook for all her family and friends. She was a lifelong member of Damascus Baptist Church in Franklin County.

Preceeding her in death were her husband, John R. Shelton; parents, Pearlie Watts and Evie Smith Watts; brothers, Marvin Watts, Troy Watts, Deroy Watts and Albert Watts; sisters, Marvis Allen and Nita Pearl Wilson; and son-in-law, John Cain.

Survivors are her husband, Ernest H. Hall; sons, Ronnie E. Shelton, of Bude, Gary N. Shelton of McCall Creek, Bradley J. Hall of Brookhaven and Donnie Hall of Natchez; daughters, Bonnie S. Cain of Brookhaven, Sybil Wroten of Louisiana and Shirley Wallace of McCall Creek; sisters, Gladys Britt of Brookhaven, Mary Alice Strong, of Hazlehurst and Helen Huffman of Natchez; 19 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
