To the person or persons who took my dog the night of Nov. 19,

Why did you take her? I’m a widow who had a chocolate lab. She loved me and took every step I took when I went outside. She was a homebody, never roaming the neighborhood. She loved going walking with me. She loved the grandchildren when they came over. This is her home!

My wish is that you will realize what you have done is not right and you will return her. Just let her out in my yard. You know where the yard is.

If you think you will just keep her, my hope is that you will be kind to her and not hurt her in anyway. It is time for her heartworm treatment, and in the middle of December, it will be time for her flea and tick treatment. Her name is Mystic.

Please do the right thing. I’m missing her.
