Lincoln County Circuit Court dispositions for November are:

• Nathaniel J. Jackson pleaded guilty to possession of at least one-tenth but less than two grams of cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon Nov. 7.

• Tabitha R. Lewis pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor bad check Nov. 7.

• Brandon Anding pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling Nov. 7.

• Brandon Anding pleaded guilty to embezzlement Nov. 7.

• John Cole’s charge of unlawful sale of cocaine within 1500 feet of a church as a habitual offender was remanded to file Nov. 9.

• Craig J. Dunbar’s charges of possession of at least one-tenth but less than two grams of cocaine and possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana was dismissed Nov. 9.

• William E. Jackson’s charges of burglary and conspiracy were dismissed Nov. 14.

• Christopher Owens’ charge of failure to support a minor child was remanded to file Nov. 14.

• Brandy McCarty pleaded guilty to attempting to obtain possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation Nov. 14.

• Antoine M. Smith’s charges of unlawful possession of at least one-tenth but less than two grams of cocaine, unlawful possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 doses of oxycodone, unlawful possession of eight doses of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of at least two but less than 10 does of amphetamine were dismissed Nov. 14.
