Funeral services for James Rushing will be Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016, at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church at 11 a.m. with burial to follow in the Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Elder Mickey Myers will be officiating the services. Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016, from 5  until 8 p.m. and will continue Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Rushing, 78, died Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven. He was born on Aug. 29, 1938, in Tylertown, to Herman J. and Lessie Smith Rushing.
