Danny Buckley, of Jackson, and Mandi Brown, of Wesson, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Leslie Buckley, of Wesson, to Daniel Reeves, of Ruth.

He is the son of Danny and Linda Reeves, of Ruth.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mickey Brown, Dianne Brown, of Wesson, and the late Frank and Marie Buckley, of Wesson.

He is the grandson of the late John Outten Sr., Peggy Outten, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the late Clyde Kenneth and Norva Lee Reeves, of Bogue Chitto.

The bride-elect attended Wesson Attendance Center and received her GED from Copiah-Lincoln Community College. She is currently employed with Cricket Wireless.

The prospective groom is a 2013 graduate of Enterprise Attendance Center and Copiah-Lincoln Community College where he received a degree in automotive technology. He is currently employed with Toyota of Brookhaven.

The couple will exchange vows at 3 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017, at Topisaw Baptist Church. A reception will follow at the church.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
