Memorial services for Ormie D. “O.D.” Hodges, of Brookhaven, are Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven. Bro. Doug Kimball and Bro. Wendell Davis will officiate the services.

Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, from noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Hodges, 71, was born Aug. 27, 1946, in Hurricane, West Virginia, to Ormie Cleo and Dorene Sovine Hodges. He was a retired coordinator with the Savannah River Nuclear Site in Aiken, South Carolina. He was a member of Brookway Church of Christ. Many would consider O.D. a jack-of-all trades and a master of most. He enjoyed woodworking, which mostly consisted of building furniture for family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
