HATTIESBURG (AP) — Police say a teenage suspect was fatally shot in an apparent home invasion in Mississippi.

Hattiesburg police told WDAM-TV that they believe the homeowner shot 17-year-old Justin Woodland on Sunday night. Authorities say no charges are being filed against the homeowner and the case will be presented to a grand jury.
