Funeral services for Audrey Freeman Williams, of Wesson are today, Jan. 30, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at New Sight Cemetery.

Visitation was held Monday, Jan. 29, 2018, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Williams, 84, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2018. She was born Aug. 21, 1933, on a homestead in Colorado. She was an executive secretary for Dow Chemical in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She began teaching in the public school system in Mississippi, retiring from Packard Electric. She loved to travel and visited from Alaska to Maine to the Florida Keys.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordan C. Freeman, of Wesson; parents, J.E. and Addie Gore, of Wesson; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Loring Smith, of Ocean Springs; son-in-law, J.D. “Bill” Faulkner, of Crystal Springs; and two nephews.

Survivors are her children, Sherry Freeman Faulkner, of Crystal Springs, Gordon C. Freeman Jr., Steven G. Freeman (Melissa) and Joseph K. Freeman, all of Wesson; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one nephew; and two nieces.
