Funeral services for Virginia Lee ‘’Ginia’’ Lenoir, of Brookhaven, are Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Quin Temple COGIC in Monticello, with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery. Bishop Daniel Littleton will officiate the services. Marshall Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be today, May 15, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Mary’s Temple COGIC in Brookhaven and continuing Wednesday, May 16, 2018, from 11 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Mrs. Lenoir, 70, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. She was born July 2, 1947, in Bogalusa, Louisiana, to William Smith and Emma Jean Dillon Badon.

Preceding her in death is her father; brother, Edward Charles Varnado; sister, Mingling Randolph; and two uncles, Eddie Dillon and Andrew Howard Bell.

Survivors are her mother; husband, Lonnie W. Lenoir Sr.; six children, Charles Oliver (Devitta) Lenoir, Lonnie Willie Lenoir Jr., Charleen Olivia (Jessie) Hackett, Sherry Irene (Charles) Brown, Pamela Joyce Lenior and Kelly Shanette (Damian) Gatlin, all of Brookhaven; 23 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Zachary Badon and Herley Badon Jr.; three sisters, Linda Taylor, Cynthia Robertson and Juliette Fletcher, all of Houston, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved her.
