Services for Mrs. Dorothy Ann Watts Case of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019, at Gum Grove Baptist Church with interment at church cemetery

Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, 2019, at Riverwood Family. She will lie in state from 10 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday at the church.

Mrs. Dorothy Ann Watts Case, 86, went to be with her Lord on Aug. 23, 2019, at her residence.

She was born on Sept. 15, 1932, to the late Ezra E. Watts and Mae S. Watts.

Mrs. Dorothy was a member of Gum Grove Baptist Church and she enjoyed cooking for her family and her church. She will be missed by all that knew her and loved her.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Leonard L. Case; sister, Shirley Watts Labeth Callender and her grandson, William T. Smith.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Duane Case and wife, Pat, Bruce Case and wife, Candi; daughter, Deborah Case Smith and husband, Bill; sisters, Elyoce Watts Porter and husband, Pat, Yvonne “Bonnie” Watts Smith and husband, Harold. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, Michael Case, Luke Case, Jon Case (Diane) Kayla Case Brown (Stephen), Mark Case (Nicole), Josh Case, Matthew Smith, Daniel Smith (Trinity); and seven great-grandchildren, Lexis Leggett, Madilyn Case, Parker Case, Mallory Case, Casen Brown, Cara Brown and Westin Case and numerous nephews, nieces and other family members.
