The 2020 Junior Ambassadors will soon begin their duties as the Christmas season is kicked off by the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce. Serving as ambassadors to the business community, this group of young women work to make sure Chamber events go smoothly.

Twenty-six businesses across Brookhaven and Lincoln County will be open Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. to start the season with new merchandise, holiday displays and decorated storefronts. This year’s theme is “Life is Sweet in Brookhaven! Have a Candy-Coated Christmas!”

“We have retailers of all kinds participating,” said Chamber representative Katie Nations. “There’ll be boutique clothing, interiors, gifts, shoes, sportswear, menswear, jewelry, you name it and our local merchants will wrap it up beautifully, ready to go under your tree.”
