16 pounds of marijuana seized in Brookhaven

Officials seized 16 pounds of marijuana from 208 Walnut St. in Brookhaven Wednesday.

Lorenzo D. White, 24, of 412 Morgan Way, and Antonio D. Littleton, 25, of 208 Walnut St., were arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of an illegal substance with intent to sell. Both men are being held at the Lincoln County Jail.

The investigation was a joint effort between Brookhaven Police Department and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.
