Services for Don E. McManus of Meadville are 10 a.m., Friday,July 26, at Praise Cathedral Church of God with burial in Byrd’sChapel Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 6-9 p.m. at Franklin Funeral Home.

Mr. McManus, 74, died July 23, 2002, at Veterans Hospital in NewOrleans. He was born in Franklin County on Nov. 2, 1927, to GordyMcManus and Minnie Clark McManus.

He was retired from Pan American Airlines. He was a member ofPraise Cathedral Church of God. He was an Army veteran of WWII.

Preceding him in death were his parents, one brother, and threesisters.

Survivors are his wife, Irene McManus of Meadville; hisdaughters, Darlene Morner of Salisbury, N.C., Debra Pawalkowski ofJohnson City, Texas, and Dianne Dyson of Houma, La.; his sisters,Janice M. Evans of Metairie, La., and Regina M. Priest of BatonRouge; and 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
