Services for Earl E. Burns of Bogue Chitto are 11 a.m., Friday,Feb. 7, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial in RiverwoodMemorial Park.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Burns, 94, died Feb. 5, 2003, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Brookhaven on May 20, 1908, to J.T. Burnsand Corine Summers Burns.

He was a retired nursery worker. He was a member of FirstBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Pauline A.Burns; and a son, James C. Burns.

Survivors are his son, Joseph Robert Burns of Huntsville, Ala.;a niece, Florine Burns Gill of Brookhaven; a nephew, Frank Burns ofBrookhaven; and a host of other nieces, nephews and relatives.
