Services for Janet Urban Mullikin of Point Clear, Ala., formerlyof Brookhaven, are 11 a.m., Saturday, May 8, at St. Francis at thePoint Episcopal Church with burial in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.Wolfe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Mullikin, 82, died May 5, 2004, at Thomas Hospital inFairhope, Ala.

She attended Christian College for Women in Springfield, Mo. Shewas an active member of the DAR (Daughters of the AmericanRevolution), the Climbers Club of Brookhaven and the LakewoodLadies Golf Association. She was a longtime resident ofBrookhaven.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Paul “Pete” MullikinJr.

Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and JamesWilmerding of Northeast Harbor, Maine; her son, Peter Mullikin ofHouston, Texas; her brother, Marcel C. Urban Jr. of Brookhaven; andher grandsons, Andrew, Alexander and Nicholas Wilmerding.
