Services for Beulah D. Neal, of Monticello, were 2 p.m.Saturday, March 21, at Monticello Methodist Protestant Church withburial in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home wasin charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Neal, 102, died March 19, 2009, at Lawrence County NursingCenter. She was born in Lawrence County on Aug. 9, 1906, to JasperPreston Davis and Fannie Ballard.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Monticello MethodistProtestant Church.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Wilmer “Tad” Neal; herson, Davis Neal; her daughters, Eula N. Mahaffey and Fay Neal; fourbrothers; three sisters; her grandsons, Craig Ballard and John T.Neal II; and her great-grandson, Neal Ballard.

Survivors are her son, John T. Neal, of Monticello; herdaughters, Junene N. Conn, of Ruth, and Lynn Lofton, of Gulfport;12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and sevengreat-great-grandchildren.
