James Lane Clements went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April16, 2011. Jimmy passed away at his residence in Bude. Jimmy wasborn June 16, 1934, in Oxford, Miss.

Jimmy was a retired oil and cattleman.

He was preceded in death by his father, O.V. Clements, his mother,Gladys Pruitt Clements, and one brother, Duane Clements.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Walley Clements of Bude; hissister, Nita Chagares and her husband, Bill, of Niceville, Fla.;his brother, Rodney Clements of Oxford; two godsons, Jamie and AlexChagares; numerous nieces and a host of wonderful friends.

Funeral services were Tuesday, April 19, at Bude United MethodistChurch with burial in the Midway Cemetery in Meadville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bude United MethodistChurch, P.O. Box 65, Bude, MS 39630.

Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville handled arrangements.
