Funeral services for Willie C. Smith, of Monticello, were 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Friendship M.B. Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Laird Mortuary in Prentiss was in charge of arrangements.

     Mr. Smith, 52, died Oct. 18, 2012. He was born on Dec. 18, 1959.
