Funeral services for Alice “Allie” Rebbacca Barkley of are 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21, at Bethel Baptist Church of Monticello with burial in the Monticello City Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church.

Ms. Barkley, 25, a resident of Monticello, died Dec. 17, 2013, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born Dec. 16, 1988, in McComb to Earl Barkley and Deloris “Sissy” Buchanan Barkley.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church of Monticello. She always had a smile and loved to visit with company. One of her favorite things to do was to go to Camp Jabber Jaw at Mississippi State. She loved camping and motorcycle riding with her friends from ABATE.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Elzy and Cathern Buchanan and Betty Barkley.

She is survived by her parents, Earl and Sissy Barkley of Monticello; two brothers, Chris Barkley of Flowood and Vic Barkley and his wife, Denise, of Silver Creek; one sister, Amy Jackson and her husband, Matt, of Brookhaven; her grandfather, Chuck Barkley of Silver Creek; her uncles and aunts, Kenny Barkley and wife, Lea; Sheila Goodwin, Jean Buchanan, Deb Boyd and husband, Wade, Mavis Lambert and husband, Johnny, and Steve Buchanan and wife, Pam. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
