Lincoln County Baptist Association helping storm victims
The Lincoln County Baptist Association is partnering with the Mississippi Baptist Disaster Relief Network to assist any Brookhaven residents who experienced damage to their homes during Thursday’s storm.
“The help is not financial help, but we do have certified disaster relief volunteers with chainsaws that we can mobilize if there’s a need,” disaster relief director Steve Jackson said.
Anyone who needs assistance should call 601-833-8111 and leave a message with an address and phone number.
“They need to contact their insurance company first to get it cleared before they contact us,” Jackson said.
Volunteers will be ready to assist homeowners next week.
