LUMBERTON, Miss. (AP) — Three people have been accused in several burglaries over the past two weeks at homes and businesses in Mississippi.
Lumberton Police Chief Carlus Page said Bradford Hayes, Phillip Olson and Beth Baker have been charged in the case. Page says investigators found stolen comic books and collectibles worth roughly $25,000 in an apartment leased to Olson.
Hayes was arrested Saturday and his bond was set at $10,000. Olson was arrested Tuesday and his bond was set at $30,000. Both were charged with offenses including receiving stolen property, burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime.
Baker was arrested Wednesday and charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, trespassing and possession of paraphernalia.
It is unclear if the three have lawyers. Police say they are still investigating and expect more arrests.
