A memorial service for Rebecca Kay Forman, of Kentwood, Louisiana, will be Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Kentwood. McKneely Funeral Home in Kentwood, Louisiana, is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Forman, 71, died Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Kentwood Manor Nursing Home. She was born Nov. 29, 1946, in Hattiesburg. She was a bookkeeper for Garner Trucking and a member of First Baptist Church of Kentwood.

Preceded in death by her husband, Noel Forman; son, Shannon Forman; and parents, Wesley and Lorena Prine.

Survivors are a brother, Bill Prine (Jeanette), of Clarksville, Tennesse; sister, Rena Prine Bufkin (Jimmie), of Wesson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
