Thursday, agents from the office of Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch arrested four people in Lincoln County, charging them with “abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable person.”

Arrested were Demetrius Marquis Gibbs, 29, of Fayette; Charlotte Chase, 49, of Brookhaven; Jameal Smith, 28, of Brookhaven; and Torriyance Mykoes Loving, 25, also of Brookhaven.

As of Friday morning, the Attorney General’s Office had not responded to an inquiry for additional information on the case or charges.
