Copiah Academy (13-1) won the right to host the first-round playoff match via a coin toss.

Copiah is hosting Central Hinds Academy in the first round. The top half of the bracket has Starkville Academy hosting St. Aloysius (Vicksburg) and Bayou Academy (Cleveland) hosting Lamar School (Meridian).

A win for BA against Madison-St. Joe on Monday would put them into the semifinals on Thursday against the winner between Copiah and Central Hinds. Copiah Academy won a regular season matchup between the schools 9-2 on Jan. 6.

BA met up with St. Joe way back on Nov. 18 and that match was a 2-1 win for the Cougars in Madison.

Freshman Yojan Hernandez had a double hat trick of sorts against Cathedral School as he notched three goals and three assists. Senior Corey Case scored two goals and had one assist, senior Yosvin Hernandez scored two goals, junior Enrique Hernandez had a goal and an assist and senior Logan Alexander scored one goal in the win.
