Emergency crews are working a one-vehicle wreck on West Congress Street.

An older model car crashed into the entrance of the old King’s Daughters Hospital around 11:45 a.m.

Firefighters used mechanical extraction devices to remove doors to allow access to the vehicle’s occupant.

The driver was transported by ambulance to KDMC.
