The PSP Combat 10U baseball team recently took first place in the BPA April Slugfest held in Magee.

Team members include Asher Campbell of Bogue Chitto; Brody Ponder of Wesson; Gage Wisinger of Bogue Chitto; Walker Breazeale, Parker Elliott and Haydn Rushing, all of Wesson; Collin Watts, Rosson Falvey, both of Wesson; Owen Davis of Gallman; coaches Russell Elliott and Ricky Breazeale of Wesson.

Campbell was named MVP and Watts and Wisinger were also honored for their play in the tournament.
