Three Sisters combine boutiques

Two Brookhaven boutiques have combined and opened as one on Wednesday.
Three Sisters Boutique and Three Sisters Children’s Boutique are now located together at 627 Brookway Blvd., in the former Mint Consignment location.
Owned by two sisters — Nicole Case and Laina Goldsmith — and their sister-in-law, Charlee Laird, the original woman’s clothing boutique opened for business in 2018 in Case’s home.
“We had just a few things,” Case said. “But we outgrew my house and then we moved to a location out on Hwy. 84, a little bitty building. We were there for a year, then we outgrew that building. Then we moved to the little building on Hwy. 51. We’ve been there three years.”
The children’s boutique was born from the fact that the sisters “have a ton of kids amongst us,” Case said. She has four, her sister has four, and Laird has two.
“That’s what made us want to open a kids’ store,” she said. It opened in April 2021, nearly two years ago, on the Boulevard next to what was then KFC, now Rally’s.
The back-and-forth between the stores got to be too much, so in December the kids’ store was moved to the current location, and Wednesday was the first day to open with both the kids’ and women’s clothing stores in the same 6,000-square-foot space.
“My mom, Vonda Smith, is a big help. She has pretty much been there any way she could,” Case said. “We couldn’t do it without her.”
The family-owned store is open six days a week, and will keep both phone numbers it has had at the previous locations — 601-265-2113 for the children’s section and 601-265-2145 for the women’s.
