Co-Lin student, Wesson alum picked for MSU presidential 2-year scholarship

Larson Lewis of Wesson, a sophomore at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, has been awarded the Mississippi State University Presidential Partnership Scholarship, which covers the cost of tuition at MSU for two years. Lewis was nominated by Co-Lin President Jane Hulon Sims and selected by the MSU Scholarship Committee.

A graduate of Wesson Attendance Center, Lewis has served at Co-Lin as president of Mu Alpha Theta, vice president of scholarship for the Eta Omega Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, and president of the Student Government Association. He is a member of the Trailblazers student recruiters and an active member of the Baptist Student Union. He was selected to Who’s Who at Co-Lin and as a Campus Favorite as a freshman and sophomore. Lewis is the son of Amy Lewis and Russ Lewis.
