PHOTOS BY BRETT CAMPBELL Representatives of Rosenbauer America demonstrated a large ladder truck for the Brookhaven Fire Department and city officials Tuesday morning. The Rosenbauer 101 King Cobra Tower truck extended its ladder over the rear of the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce building, the site of the city’s original fire department. The ladder will fully extend to 101 feet. Firefighters and officials who wanted to experience the lift firsthand were invited to do so, with the company rep at the controls. Mayor Joe Cox, Ward 5 Alderman Fletcher Grice and Fire Chief Jeff Ainsworth were among those who took him up on the offer.  The fire department and city and looking at possible options for a future ladder truck purchase.
