Rough weather is back in the weather forecast for Tuesday, with most of Lincoln County under a marginal risk of severe storms.

The storm activity is expected into late afternoon, with damaging wind gusts and hail up to quarter size. A large portion of Franklin, Jefferson and Lawrence counties are under the same risk.

A few storms with heavy rainfall could produce a threat for localized flash flooding across the area, particularly in low lying and urban areas.
