Yes, you read that correctly, Hardy ran for 400 yards in a single game. Just watching the highlight package of the game will make you tired. Hardy runs for a 74-yard touchdown as a line of five Sumrall defenders follow from a distance. He goes between the tackles on a 58-yard run where he’s pushed out of bounds just before the goal line.

The best one might be the 81-yard touchdown run where Hardy picks up a couple of key blocks from his quarterback, fellow senior Kannon Cato. Cato hits a man near the line of scrimmage and then races out to cut off a defensive back in providing a one-man convoy for another long Hardy scoring run.
