Brookhaven Police are working a Sunday night shooting.

At approximately 8:45 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to calls of a disturbance and possible shots fired on Rogers Circle.

“It’s the same house that has been shot into before — 215 Rogers Circle,” said Police Chief Kenneth Collins. “It’s a group of juveniles, and it’s presently under investigation.”

Collins said the landlords and property owners can help with repeated problem tenants.

“I would like them to keep helping us with these people that keep being involved in this type of activity,” Collins said. “Help us by getting them out of the area — not allowing them to live there anymore.”

The case remains under investigation.
